We havent even filled out the finals block and this is already a formidable finals group lol, any non-finalists were in actual earshot of making it and all these schools are on upwards trajectories, thats not including the implied participation from Bell, Keller, Southlake, Hendrickson, and Waxahachie, the finals bubble is going to be the bloodiest of battles lol

This show could eventually rival Austin in terms of sheer powerhouses and top to bottom competitiveness for finals. If the current roster stands and the previous powerhouses come back, I would say this already beats Bedford by a pretty considerable margin (with the exception of Hebron, of course), Austin is definitely a much deeper competition and I could see this easily being the hardest Texas regional if more powehouses participate |

In recent years, at least for Wylie, the WMI tends to be the same date as either Bedford and then they attend the. McKinney comp which they love attending. Pretty easy win with Wylie East, who also loves going, however this year the 2 comps (wmi and Mmi) are the same day now we get them here! It’s been a while since they’ve been at a regional this stacked so I’m excited to see where they land! |
