Let’s go Evansville North!!! Indiana proud! I happened to tune in for them and I was super impressed. The design team really did an excellent job with the show, and the kids are delivering. I wouldn't be surprised to see them stick a solid 2nd here. |

Lots of interesting results here. Lambert absolutely killing it in 4A, Buford placing in class over Nation Ford and Harrison (!!), and Franklin in the bottom half. SUPER happy for Evansville North and Cass continuing their great trajectory from last season!!

I wouldn't be surprised to see them stick a solid 2nd here. They were grossly underestimated in these prediction threads. What they have is really special. Kudos to team dust bunny, that show was everything I never knew I needed to see out of a marching band. Loved the creativity and song selection! |

Let’s go Evansville North!!! Indiana proud! North has really hit their stride this year! Last year was a bit of a surprise at how strong they were, this year was really exploring what the design team was capable of and holy smokes, they hit it out of the park. The moment in the ballad when the winds walks into form whilst the brass "falls" into place from the sky is just pure creativity there. Obviously, repeating as champs is a little too much to ask but I was hoping they'd have their time to shine and lo and behold. |

I did hear from a friend that this Nation Ford band is very young - and they def look like it. Lots to clean, but I am sure they will be formidable next week at Conway.

Lassiter was fabulous!! So glad to see them in finals tonight!
Franklin has a great concept and the props really do a great job of adding to the atmosphere.
Hoover is HUGE! And that’s not even the whole band?! Goodness. Great musical performance tonight!
Nation Ford has a great package- messy but lots of great ideas and moments. Musically they are extremely talented and I’m glad they got to show off their skills again tonight.
Harrison underwhelms me - talented students throughout both in the guard and musicians; the show design leaves me wanting more. In person may be a totally different experience so I’ll chalk it up to watching on my tv.

Buford - so much fun!!! Some great arrangements and the performers were having a great time! Loved the use of the umbrella props and mirrors.

Evansville North - wow! Musically speaking it is incredible! I worry the skirts are hiding too much dirt in the guard though. Some issues throughout with regard to individual visual performance; ensemble musicality is strong and the show well written.
