The parents seem to be on another level this year. I don't think there's ever been this much screaming before.

Absolutely hands down my favorite show of the season Avon. Might rank up there in the top 5 of all time for me. They were a little tight and a bit iffy in the opener, but everything came together after that. The last 3 mins of this show are just phenomenal. The guard work is phenomenal all around. Thank you for bringing it. Top 3 for sure. Literally said the same thing to a friend lol. This is in my top 5 favorite shows of all time.

I think the main thing that has bothered me about the narration is the use of the word "perfect". What makes the notes perfect??? None of the intervals are perfect, they are all major 2nds except for one minor 2nd. Really it is just stepwise motion which isn't all that significant to me. I don't know. That's my main issue with the theme. They had an amazing performance though! Lol

Avon's run was perfect from a musical standpoint. I couldn't say anything else. Visually, I couldn't find complaints. Now it's up to Vandy to defend themselves!! I heard one small mistake early on, and then near the end a soloist's microphone had static. Visually a line was broken right at the top, and I saw three drops during the show.

I want to move to Avon just to be an Avon band parent I love seeing them get their game on. It pumps up the kids for their run too. I remember taking the field with butterflies until we saw that ocean of orange jackets and shakers. Once we heard that “Gimme an N!” We knew we were gonna do well.

Listen I can't handle this. Leander is laying down a beast of a run as well. Tight as hell. Essentially flawless!

I have to admit I didn’t get this show earlier in the season but now...WOW!! Super clean run and the confetti from the towers is off the chain!

Reminds me somewhat of the first show that Guardians (a Texas corps) took to championships a few years ago. I think they played "Toxic" too. But maybe I'm mis-remembering.

Leander's bringing it tonight! The explosions are a nice flair to an already great performance! I also learned that Toxic is a great song for marching band.
Did they use alternates to roll the barrels? I think from my high view that I saw people lying down for most of the show

Well done, Leander!!!!!!!! Yes, some electronics issues, but who cares?!?! The performance was spectacularly clean and energetic! And not a single iota of impact from the show was diminished. I loved it all!!

Ugh my roommate started blaring music in the other room in the middle of that (probably to spite me because I'm blaring mine haha) so I had to put headphones in partway through the show.

Leander! Any issues they had where quickly covered up in a swift and professional way. They play amazingly. This show is outstanding.

Leander is making a play for top 3. So much energy, such a fun show. The confetti was great, not sure what it has to do with nuclear towers, but I’m into it. I’m confident in saying best brass of the night. Toxic is such a great moment!

Those kids in our xbox worked really hard on the show. So did the color guard!

I want to move to Avon just to be an Avon band parent Five years ago I discovered to my surprise that my ticket at DCA finals was right in the middle of the Reading Buccaneers' cheering section. I kid you not: they handed out cheer sheets with different enumerated chants. "OK, now let's do number four!" and so on.
