They could end up very well here depending on who else signs up, as we only have 6 so far. I anticipate we’ll see better enrollment here than last year at Toledo, similar to 2018.

Drop: Reeths-Puffer H.S., MI Are they calling the fall off? No, just choosing not to eat the BOA enrollment fees this fall.

Are they calling the fall off? No, just choosing not to eat the BOA enrollment fees this fall. At this point in the game, they'd be eating those fees if they registered in the first place.

No, just choosing not to eat the BOA enrollment fees this fall. At this point in the game, they'd be eating those fees if they registered in the first place. All of our lists are (informed) speculation at this time based on what has been posted to band websites. There haven't been any lists published by BOA. It is entirely possible the R-P didn't apply by the "deadline" which isn't uncommon for them since they often show up on participant list updates rather than the first lists published.

While that may be true, I have had conversations with a couple directors who expressed that they'll likely have to take the hit and lose the registration fee for the event(s) they planned to attend.

Surely, if the events are ultimately canceled, MFA will refund the fees. Or at least apply them to future events. If not, shame on them.

Agreed in the case that an event is canceled fees should be returned to any who registered

For those discussing the loss of enrollment fees. While not officially a stated policy, it has been MFA's policy to apply those "nonrefundable" enrollment fees toward future year's registration if groups withdraw from an event. I have no doubt the organization will continue to be generous in enforcing the "nonrefundable" part of the policy.
