Very few of these make it out of to the public it’s understandable why these are usually private and are critiques for the bands and explanations of what needs to be fixed but it’s always nice when one makes it to the public it gives a glimpse into a judges mind

Here’s the few I’ve found: Broken Arrow 2006, “Aqua” Grand Nationals Tape "I'm overwhelmed." "This is one of the most artistic pageantry compositions I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing." I completely agree. Broken Arrow 2006 was certainly not the strongest musical performance (I don't think anyone can seriously argue that it was), but the overall show design and artistry is still one of the best to ever grace the GN field. The show was elegant in presentation and in composition, effortlessly weaving musical and visual themes throughout the show. It presented continuity of themes without a sense of being overly repetitive, and it took you on a journey with no real gimmicks. The members finally achieved at a level they needed to at finals. I don't think they were truly on anyone's radar to win the title until that exact moment.

Tape Got Uploaded Seemingly Out Of Nowhere Seems To Be A Music Judge Cedar Park 2015 "All Hallow's Eve" If you watch it you can tell it’s the judge running around in the front. This really was a phenomenal show. Totally deserved 5th place that year at GN. The judge was clearly impressed, as was I.

Subjectively of course, I remember just laughing out loud when BA won the 06 title. Like WTH? I'm serious. But it may have been because it was so unexpected. I felt the same way when Lawrence Central won both of theirs & Westfield was 'gifted' the 2003 title over a revved up 2nd place band. "I'm overwhelmed." "This is one of the most artistic pageantry compositions I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing." I completely agree.
