And after what has been I think two years now this is the final consecutive week Ronald Reagan will be #1 Yep, they will swap spots with Vandegrift. I'm also guessing CTJ moves up to 5 behind the Woodlands.

I think Reagan has been very very strong these past few week. I don’t see a reason not to have had them as #1 during any point of this season, at the very minimum during week #1 at least.

Algorithm said that if Reagan had attended Grand Nationals in 2019 they would have lost to Vandegrift despite beating them in San Antonio, so I've had Vandegrift and Avon in the #1 spots. But it's not like Reagan was that far behind. We're talking a few tenths.

I vote we stop flogging that dead horse of yesteryear.

But it's not like Reagan was that far behind. We're talking a few tenths. Reagan only beat Vandy at every head to head comp in 2019. That was what, two shows? And you'll note that Reagan's 2.2 gap over Vandegrift at TMC was down to 0.65/0.90 at BOA SA. I mean, Leander beat Vandegrift at BOA San Antonio, too (Prelims) and they also beat Hebron at BOA San Antonio AND GN Semifinals. In fact, wasn't GN Finals the only time all year Hebron beat Leander? And yet I don't see clamoring that Leander should be above Hebron. Two head-to-heads simply isn't enough data to gauge a whole season from.

Ok, I'm going zip codes Or maybe less specific phone area codes Stick with area codes. Zip codes would give too much detail (very few cases where multiple schools have the same zip code).

One of you should list them by the three-letter codes of the nearest airport.

List by population, but only using census data from 10 years ago.

Mascots! How many "bulldogs" or "tigers" or "warriors" will we find? How many with actually somewhat unique nicknames?

Alright I'll bite on the mascots thing. This is just using the Oct. 5 rankings on the website.
1. Rattlers 2. Vipers 3. Orioles 4. Highlanders 5. Tigers 6. (Marching) Greyhounds 7. Jaguars 8. Hawks 9. Spongers 10. Jaguars (First repeat) 11. Marauders 12. Wildcats 13. Comets 14. Rangers 15. Warriors 16. Raiders 17. Timberwolves 18. Raiders 19. Knights (Okay this is castle that's pretty funny) 20. Spartans 21. Lions 22. Dragons 23. Indians 24. Panthers 25. Bulldogs 26. Chaparrals (fancy name for roadrunners) 27. Tigers 28. Oilers 29. Griffin Warrior-Knights (Lincoln-Way shenanigans) 30. Indians 31. Blue Raiders 32. Bulldogs 33. Wildcats
I'd imagine in a battle-royale scenario all the cats would team up so one of them would be the last one standing.

Lol! Love this!
I know a few high schools in the same zip codes….
How about street names? Latitude/longitude numbers?
My predictions:
#1 My favorite band’s show #2 My favorite sounding music being performed #3 My favorite looking show
# 4-10 All the other top runners that make my jaw drop and I love to watch.
Good thing I’m not one of the experts that rank each week.
