When I think of the voice of marching arts, my head and heart immediately go to Dan Potter. I dunno how old this guy is, but I remember him announcing MBA back in my day. So, as a parent, the first time I heard his "Joining us...", I had one of those movie-esque flashbacks, back to my days at the Morgantown regional.
What memories do you have of a particular announcer? Or who do you associate with being "the voice" and why?

Chuck Henson and Brandt Crocker will always be "the voices."

Oooh as a SoCal guy, I can vouch for the theatricality of band announcements back in the day vs BOA. When we went to our first BOA regional in 1993, and every band was just announced as "The generic high school marching band", we were in shock. Our "voice of Southern California" back in the day, Ryan H Turner used to shout out the band's nick-name. In my school's case we were the Valley View High School Crimson Regiment!

Jeff Loftus' voice has been what many associate with the NWAPA circuit in the PNW, being the announcer of the NWAPA Championships and other circuit events for a handful of years now. Many, including me, associate his voice with walking onto the field to compete.
Some bands even had him record his voice to introduce their virtual shows back in 2020!

When we performed at the 2017 Golden Regiment Invitational, the announcer had a couple iconic moments
"Please welcome the O'Fallon High School... marching Panthers... Marching band..."
"Dustin Dichen"
"O'Fallon Tyson... High School Marching Band"

Chuck Henson is and will always be the voice of BOA in my book. Noone will ever compare.

Pete Friedmann (Northwestern University)
Chuck Diaz-Henson is OK, I guess. He was better at narrating the BOA Intro videos when they did those than LIVE, but I'm sure 90% will disagree.
