Change: forums now require an approved account to post

Hey y'all:
As I make minor changes to the forums over time, I'll try to make sure myself or one of the other moderators let you know about them here. One quick change I just made that shouldn't affect very many people is to no longer allow guest posts. You may have seen a couple post around the forums that are signed just a name and the title guest, meaning that user didn't create an account, but instead just provided a guest name with no verification. It hasn't been a problem, but as we prepare to officially launch the forums, I just want to make sure we're not leaving ourselves open to spam bots. While you'll still be able to read the forums without creating an account, posting will now require creating an account and waiting for that account to be approved before posting.
