Congrats to Bellbrook for winning their first MEPA world class championship. Huge accomplishment for the program. As far as I know, Miamisburg has only lost to three in-state competitors since WGI created World Class back in 1991: Centerville in 2006, and Northmont and Carroll in the 90s.

Here are the recaps from MEPA Championships: recaps.competitionsuite.com/27269839-3c4f-4782-b601-3d5b2152374a.htmJuxtaposition continues what appears to be its best season ever to date and should do well this coming weekend at WGI. As previously noted, this was Bellbrook’s first ever World Class win. With the exception of one early season regional back in I believe 2017, they had never beaten Miamisburg prior to this year. Both groups look to be strong finals contenders in Scholastic World. All three Scholastic Open groups (Centerville, Northmont, and Mason) posted very strong numbers. A special shout-out goes to Franklin for their A class championship. It’s looking like their most successful group ever this year and they are definitely an A class finals contender for sure.

I was definitely spoiled getting to hang out with so many great groups at every level this season. Looking forward to cheering on TeamMEPA later this week!
