I feel like the CA bands mentioned in this list are already considered “powerhouses”. As in now, not the future. For the future, what instantly comes to mind are bands like San Marcos, Frontier, Clovis East, Homestead, and especially Buchanan high school, as they placed 6th at the Utah regional 2023, which is a big step up from 10th a year before. I know there’s a lot more California bands that are doing great and are on the rise as well. Also, I guess that Kelly Walsh already is a powerhouse for the state of Wyoming, but beyond their state border they’ve got quite a bit to go. (Unless we’re doing potential powerhouses by state? Even so, my statement still stands about Buchanan and the rest) I don't disagree with ur statement with Buchanan, they're good. I just forgot about them they are relativity new to me, and I just quickly focused more on the BOA scene from my memory in the West so I'm sorry I forgot Laguna Creek, Frontier, Clovis, Clovis East, Homestead, Upland, Mira Mesa, El Dorado, Chino, and Arroyo, and Arcadia. I can list 7,000 bands who I see getting better in the future, but I know everyone is getting annoyed by me by writing a list that a full-page length, so I stopped where I stopped. By the way I focused on Ayala as future national powerhouse like before 2020 and Gahr as growing regional power.

There’s definitely different ideas of powerhouses in different places as well. Also, I don’t think it would be HR forums without giant long lists of bands 😂

Buchanan just recently started growing in power in the BOA world and I tend to forget some of those recent bands. I would have forgotten Bridgeland if it was for someone putting them on their list.

still wondering how Beavercreek managed to find themselves in this lol Also this is my first time removing basically all the text when quoting a post so any editing errors should be fixed once I see them I did it for u, But I really wanted to see if I was powerful enough to twist ur mind. jk. They really proven themselves last year placing in top 25 at Indy SR and beating Grain Valley, Lawrence Township, Columbus, Kettering Fairmont, Jasper, and Western, and a great job medaling at OMEA Ohio State. I see a great future for them.

Lulls are okay. Not every conversation or topic can last in perpetuity.

Couldn't fit the full subject title bc of character limit But anyways post your opinions below in replies Here's a few of the bands that I think could be a powerhouse in a few years time Bridgeland HS LD Bell HS (they're back!!!) Forney HS Kettering Fairmont (not impossible but the chance is very slim) Buchanan HS (MO) Appreciate Forney!! I can say that they will definitely be incredible these next few years after this most recent successful story! It was so special marching & performing during the rise of this program. I cannot wait for these next few years cause they will sure be delivering!

Jenison, MI Rockford, MI Walled Lake, MI
It’s just a matter of time before one of these 3 moves themselves into the consistent “finalist bubble” conversation at Grand Nationals.

As for the next first time Grand National Champion; I have my eye on Blue Springs MO It's a race between them and Mason, unless a first-timer from Texas crops up and we never know who that will be. How has no one replied to this with Rouse yet?!
