All of our lists are (informed) speculation at this time based on what has been posted to band websites. There haven't been any lists published by BOA. It is entirely possible the R-P didn't apply by the "deadline" which isn't uncommon for them since they often show up on participant list updates rather than the first lists published. |

Agreed in the case that an event is canceled fees should be returned to any who registered |

For those discussing the loss of enrollment fees. While not officially a stated policy, it has been MFA's policy to apply those "nonrefundable" enrollment fees toward future year's registration if groups withdraw from an event. I have no doubt the organization will continue to be generous in enforcing the "nonrefundable" part of the policy.
