I recently saw a show online but can’t find it anymore where they marched Bass Saxophone and i was wondering if anyone else had any interesting instruments that they have seen.

I recall Ben Davis having a marching bass guitar, with an amp pushed by the person marching next to them. This was late 80s so perhaps my memory is a bit foggy. I imagine that others have done this as well.
As a Hoosier I’m also obliged to mention the bagpipes that Highland HS in Anderson had in their band; I’m told that Anderson HS carries that tradition on now that Highland is no longer a high school. I suppose bagpipes aren’t so uncommon in certain marching settings, but perhaps moreso in American bands.
Carmel trotted out a sizeable string orchestra at the end of their GN Finals Valhalla show. I’m not sure those students were really marching per se but they were out there.

Well for one I know Union is using an EWI this year which is definitely uncommon to have in a show, but it is a soloist. Im not sure if your question is regarding the uncommon instrument actually being marched though? Because as for solos/ features, there have been some very unusual and out of the ordinary uses of an "instrument".

IIRC, Marcus made an instrument for their show in 2013, you can find a video on YT. It looks like a snake, sounds like a saxophone, but had a brass mouth piece.

Back in the late 70s into the mid 80s, it was common for many bands to march a bass guitar with someone pushing an amp next to them. 1979 Sylva-Webster is an example and so is 1985 Marian Catholic.

Was it 7 or 8 years ago or so that LD Bell had bagpipes. The legendary band from the 1970s, Dundee HS IL (the Dundee Scots) had a huge bagpipe section that marched. They were finalists at the first two Grand National Championships.
My memory of the shows of the last two decades gets foggy as they all blend together (yes I know short term memory is first to go), but was it Carmel or Avon that had a section with Kazoos several years back?
