I don’t see a world where JFB places over Dobyns-Bennett… but you never know! DB has yet another great DB show, and for them to slip would mean one heck of a bad rep, and JFB having the best show of the season. [b JFB did it before in this world. In 99 JFB won Johnson City and DB didn’t make finals. But I get what you mean. Is prob a moot point because after watching them all I am pretty positive Lafayette has it this year. Same. Funny enough it was Lafayette that JFB beat that year. But after seeing them live today, Lafayette is cooking with fire and we’re still rubbing sticks together. |

I need to shut up. South Forsyth is making finals, quite impressive show. Lol I’m telling y’all I would never steer you wrong when it comes to Georgia/South Carolina bands…. The majority of the time 😂🤣 Well… it’s a good thing I put “the majority of the time” 😅. But this is their first BOA in a long time so they can obviously go up from here! I’m sure their scores were good either way |

I imagine a pretty slim gap between DB/Lafayette based on what I saw and heard. The music caption will likely be what puts either band over the edge tonight. Definitely can't count out JFB, but I'd give the edge to the 3a bands.

Hardin show wasn't really my cup of tea but they sold it well and had some nice ensemble parts.
It's been a good minute, but wasn't River Bluff quite a bit bigger a few years back?.

The bottom 6. I thought Lake Hamilton showed well. I would expect them to outperform their prelims spot. It's sort of interesting to try to judge a band like Cloverdale vs. River Bluff or Green Hope. I have no acumen but would roughly place the bands LH, Whitewater, Clover, Green Hope, River Bluff then Hardin.
Just for fun...I'm no actual good at this...
