Hey, all! Not sure if you've seen him or not, but Cj's Music has been making some pretty awesome video essay content on youtube about DCI. He notes in his videos that there has been a distinct lack of quality essay content covering the activity, and I happen to wholeheartedly agree. As someone who shares a love of the marching arts and long-winded video essays, I couldn't help but notice that there is a drought of such content for BOA-style marching as well. I'm considering rectifying that with a channel of my own! The channel would be called something like "Between the Yardlines" and would focus on technical, visual, musical, and design analysis of various marching band shows from all eras. I'm hoping this channel would serve as a celebration of the marching arts and a nice walk down memory lane for those of us who've been here for a while, as well as a beginner-friendly introduction to marching band analysis that could bring newer marchers into a deeper appreciation for their art. So the purpose of this thread: Is there any interest in a channel like this? Would anybody watch (knowing that I'd probably make the videos purely of my own enjoyment regardless of viewership)? And, lastly, do you have any suggestions for me about things I could do on the channel or shows you want me to cover? Thanks!

Yes, I would watch and love to see more youtube content about high school marching bands. I considered making some youtube videos mainly targeted at new parents, but never could sink the time into it.
