I can pretty much confirm Byrnes is not attending nationals this year. They are still behind financially and will be spending this season trying to raise more money (which has me scratching my head that they are considering Orlando again instead of East Tennessee). Anyway, the upcoming season for JFB looks like they'll still be figuring out life with new directors. Nationals is not a part of that life this year. If they do attend nationals in the relatively near future it will most likely be 2025 or 2026 or whenever they are a more financially stable band program |

excited to see a bunch of Michigan bands going especially since we haven't seen Jenison, Rockford, Walled Lake, and PCEP head to head since probably 2016 and also seeing how close DeWitt and Reeths-Puffer are to that group.
would love to see Lake Orion come back down one year or Byron Center and Novi make their first trips down eventually.

Still shocked Rockford didn't make semis, thought that show was at least top 25. And these after covid walled lake shows are super cool especially that Bermuda Triangle show. |

It should be a lot of fun to see how the Texas schools measure up in a year where it seems none of the biggest 6A powerhouses are going, but some other very credible bands are. |

Sorry for causing a ruckus, but I think things like this are bound to happen when we have people checking these forums obsessively  The calendar is being updated - I'd wait until it's all done to make any assumptions. Grand Nats is back on the calendar. Grand Nats and Indy Super are firm for Brownsburg. Was going to say, sometimes that stuff happens. Unfortunately this time there wasn’t an easy way to tell what was actually happening, as I did check their website straight after and did still see Indy Super. |

I’d say all the Texas bands are almost locks except for Friendswood, but everything has to be working for those groups. I don’t think Brownsburg and Fishers are giving up their slots without a fight. The bubble is strong already
