The dreaded "404 Not Found" error. It's possible that Clear Creek moved from Panel 1 Saturday to Panel 2 Friday which would rebalance the numbers.

You added their new time but forgot to delete the original. They just wanna see The Woodlands Twice! 🤣 Can you blame them? And for the record, a double dose of TWHS in prelims would mean seeing them thrice.

so sad coppell and flo mo and keller are not coming. feel like DFW representation in finals will be quite low this year, with likely only wakeland and marcus as the only locks for finals rn. bell, timber creek, and keller central on the bubble as of rn, but things don't always seems to work out for these three bands in the late season. tc usually has much early season success, but for years have failed to continue that into the late season. bell and kc are having great seasons comapared to other ones, but again have not seemed to have much luck in sa. but, i feel like all three bands, or at the minimum at least one of them, will be in finals this year. thanks and good night

there's a new schedule posted as off 10/18/23
W. Charles Akins has dropped and then some confusing shifting of that 3rd block on Friday has occurred

I am excited to potentially see some new/different finalist without FloMo and Hebron here. There are some amazing “bubble bands” here that barely miss finals that would easily be in finals and potentially top half at some of these other SRs

Don't look now, but Vandegrift has a very good chance of becoming the 9th band to win this Super Regional. Or maybe The Woodlands will get their 2nd win? What other bands have a shot this year? Maybe Reagan?

Why do Texas bands have to be so good? It always makes predicting this super regional hard. I will say groups like Leander, James Bowie, Westlake, Westwood, Keller Central, & L.D. Bell (just to name a few) all have as equal a chance to getting into finals as my Next 4.

Rouse Below round rock and Vista Ridge? not too sure if i agree but i suppose it could happen Rouse tends to peak early season and after seeing Round Rock's massive improvement at Region and Area from TMC finals (which was a very rough run for their standards), I definitely think they're gonna be very comfortably in top half at San Antonio.

Final Predictions: 1. The Woodlands H.S., TX (GE) - Panel 1 Top 52. Vandegrift H.S., TX (Visual) - Panel 1 Top 53. Ronald Reagan H.S., TX - Panel 2 Top 5
Class AAAA: 1. The Woodlands H.S., TX (V, GE) 2. Ronald Reagan H.S., TX 3. Vandegrift H.S., TX AAAA Music - Marcus H.S., TX I’m curious why you have Reagan beating Vandy in prelims but falling back in finals. That seems very specific. Is this due to some aspect of the panels?

I’m typically a Midwest person but this season I’m trying to expand my repertoire. Trying to watch as mant southern bands as possible, especially Texas. I thought I’d give predictions for San Antonio a shot. Don’t judge lol, these are my opinions about it only based off of the videos I’ve been able to find, word of mouth, and past scores. Here goes nothing lol! Also just a note the + 1, -2 numbers are changes in placements between prelims and finals thought I’d try to make it as interesting as possible.
Finals predictions:
1. The woodlands Panel 1 (GE, Visual) 2. Vandegrift Panel 1 (Music) 3. Rouse Panel 1 + 2 4. Marcus Panel 2 - 1 5. Ronald Reagan Panel 2 -1 6. Wakeland Panel 2 7. Vista Ridge Panel 2 +1 8. Cedar Park Panel 1 -1 9. LD Bell Panel 1 + 1 10. Round Rock Panel 2 -1 11. Timber creek Panel 1 next 4 +1 12. Keller Central Panel 1 next 4+1 13. Claudia Taylor Johnson Panel 2 next 4 -2 14. Lake Travis Panel 2 next 4
Hottest Takes: 1. The Woodlands and Vandegrift are the only bands to break 90. 2. Rouse after an okay prelims jumped from 5th to 3rd in finals after a great run. 3. CTJ has a good run putting them just barely in the next 4 but then the judges drop them down like Centerville in Indy 4. 11-13 is within .5, 6-9 are within a point, 3-5 are within .4, The Woodlands beat Vandy by almost a whole point leaving a higher margin than most expected

While I can see there being less bands over 90 in finals than in prelims, I would be surprised if less than half of the finalists reach that mark.
